2025 Event Schedule

Please note the sheepdog trial will continue in all weathers and everyday is exciting!

Your dogs are most welcome to come along on a lead.

Remember – ONLY clap, jump up and down, cheer when the gate to the pen is SHUT.

Trialling starts at 7.30am each day however spectators will get the best of the trials from 9am – 4pm.

Monday 10 March

• 7.30am – Gates open
• The Open/Improver competition begins
• Course open for spectators and children to run and explore! (approx 11.30am)
• Maiden competition begins

Tuesday 11 March – ALL SPECTATORS FREE ENTRY TODAY

• 7:30am – Open/Improver continues, followed by the Maiden competition

Wednesday 12 March

• 7:30am – Open/Improver continues, followed by the Maiden competition

Thursday 13 March

• 7:30am – Open/Improver continues, followed by the Maiden competition

Friday 14 March

• 7:30am – Open/Improver continues
• The last of the Maiden runs
• The National Championship Maiden Final

Saturday 15 March

• 7:00am – Completion of the Open/Improver   
• 2:00pm – Sheepdog demonstration
• 3:00pm – State Champion of Champions

Sunday  16 March

• 7:00am – The National Championship Improver Final
• CopRice National Top 20
• The National Championship Open Final
• 3:00pm -Award Ceremony, presented by Her Excellency the Honourable Sam Mostyn AC,
  Governor-Genreal of the Commonwealth of Australia. All welcome.
